Refund Policy
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, do not like the taste, or ordered by mistake. All sales of chocolate products are final.
Damaged or Faulty Items Your satisfaction is our top priority. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy for damaged or faulty goods.
If any part of your order arrives damaged, melted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue:

Fill out the contact form on our website.

Provide your order number and a brief description of the damage.
Once you submit the form, we will get in touch to request photos of the damaged item and packaging. After assessing the issue, we will happily arrange for a replacement of the specific damaged item(s) to be shipped out to you at no extra cost, or issue a partial/full refund depending on the case.
Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been dispatched from our Sydney facility.
